With over 20 years of experience in campaigns, development, community engagement, and higher education administration, I am a passionate and versatile program and campaign consultant who specializes in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and LGBTQ+ advocacy. As a self-employed and volunteer professional, I work with various nonprofit organizations and social causes to create impactful programs, campaigns, and content that advance their missions and goals. Some of my recent projects include developing DEI programming for a membership-based nonprofit, volunteering with a global NGO that supports LGBTQ+ refugees and asylum seekers, co-hosting successful fundraising events, advising on engagement strategy and messaging, managing social media channels, and reviewing grant applications for the Mayor's Office of LGBTQ Affairs. I am a skilled workshop facilitator, social networker, and strategic communicator who values collaboration and building and leveraging relationships.
