As the Chief Operating Officer at Premium Plus, I lead a team of customer experience consultants who partner with Zendesk, the leading customer service software company. I have been working at Premium Plus for over ten years, and I have successfully implemented customer care software for internal and external service desks, as well as connected various software packages to a single application.  

I am determined and eager to learn, and I do not avoid a challenge. My mission is to drive customer experience and operational excellence for my clients and my company.

Just wrapped up two enlightening sessions at #zendeskrelate, and I’m buzzing with ideas and inspiration! 🚀 

Kicking off with a keynote by Zendesk CEO Tom Eggemeier  we dove into the transformative power of AI in creating exceptional experiences for customers and employees alike. 🤖 The innovative spirit and forward-thinking vision set the perfect tone for the day.

The highlight was a moderated conversation with the remarkable Michelle Obama. Her profound insights on leadership, advocacy, and the power of community engagement were not just motivational but also incredibly relevant to the ethos of customer service. 💡

These sessions were a powerful reminder that the heart of progress lies in the blend of technological innovation and genuine human connection. Ready to harness these lessons in enhancing customer engagement and driving positive change! ✨

🎉🍔 Big Celebrations with Burgers and Friends at Zendesk Relate! 🍔🎉

Last week at #zendeslrelate2024, in the bright lights of Las Vegas, we celebrated our ten (10!!) years of working together with SweetHawk. We grabbed some delicious burgers! 🍔

Chatting with Tom Hissink, we took a trip down memory lane, looking back at a decade of teamwork. We’ve come a long way, supporting each other and ensuring top-notch services for our customers.

But it’s not just about looking back. We’re also excited about what’s ahead, mainly our focus on the Employee Experience (EX) industry. We believe happy employees make happy customers, and together with Sweethawk, we’re committed to making EX better for everyone.

At Premium Plus - Zendesk's EMEA Partner of the Year, we've always believed in doing things with a dash of uniqueness - and our latest initiative is no exception! Say goodbye to the traditional lunch-and-learn format and hello to "Show it to me, Baby," a concept about dynamic learning, sharing, and innovation.

Our "Show it to me, Baby" sessions are informal monthly meetings to share knowledge and updates. They promote dialogue, last around 30 minutes, and cover various topics. Benefits include continuous learning, networking, and employee engagement. In general, they foster a culture of growth and development.
