Greetings! Originally hailing from France, I currently call Nashville home after spending two decades immersed in the music scenes of Los Angeles. Throughout my career, I've primarily collaborated with independent record labels, honing my skills in label operations, royalty accounting, artist development, A&R, global release strategy, DSP partnerships & recording agreements. My journey began at Vagrant Records, where I assumed the role of Head of International straight out of business school. Subsequently, I dedicated 20 rewarding years to SideOneDummy Records, progressing from Director of International to General Manager. Navigating the label through dynamic industry shifts, I oversaw every facet of day-to-day operations and was responsible for the company's P&L until the label was acquired by Exceleration Music in 2022. My recent foray into the intersection of music and technology as the Head of Commercial Partnerships at IndieFlow allowed me to launch an in-house artist development program and spearhead IndieFlow's mentor marketplace. I am passionate about contributing my skills at the crossroads of creativity and innovation, bringing a unique blend of artistic insight, strategic vision, and organizational proficiency to the dynamic landscape of the independent music industry.
