RESociety.global is an educational and valuable place to meet, engage and network with people involved in all facets of revenue enablement, both locally and globally. Our site acts as a Global Resource Center to engage with the greater global Revenue Enablement Community.

The Revenue Enablement Society is organized as a network of many different connected groups of people all over the world. Our members participate in discussions, exchange information with each other on our platform, get together in local chapter meetings, pick up the phone and call each other, connect at events, and gather at our annual conference.

We are a network of volunteers. Virtual teams form and disband to create value the rest of us can use. Our growth, energy, and engagement are all by-products of our organizing structure. As we grow, we all need to understand how important culture is to a community. We believe that we’re in a market of extreme change and volatility. During uncertain times, it’s an advantage to have a safe place to ask the questions you can’t ask at work, or experiment with different techniques before bringing them back to work.

As we look to anchor what we’ve established – we need to make sure we clearly communicate the core operating system that allows our network to thrive. •Scaled external sales team/territories. Implemented comprehensive distribution compensation program that rewarded activity in line with the organization’s vision & OKRs/KPIs.
•Curated strategic business plan process, resulting in a 3-year historical close ratio across sales of 40%. Combined with a nearbound distribution plan focused on key partners with the desire & ability to scale resulting in an efficient strategy, concentrating 80% of ARR productivity & 90% of pipeline activity across a distinct partnership pool.
•Installed sales processes/training that standardized a solutions-based approach. Increased average ARR sold on new client acquisitions by 65% & CLV by more than 35%.
•Functionalized marketing to ensure appropriate support for growth, product, & brand marketing to drive lead generation & ROI. 
•Instrumental leader in M&A strategy/execution, resulting in growth on acquired ARR of approximately $10MM annually for the trailing 3-year period, including the close & integration of 15 legacy firms. 
•Worked with retained investment bank as figurehead for the C-Suite's GTM & organic growth strategy during a year-long recapitalization process that led to an investment in excess of the targeted EBITDA multiple from the new partner. 
•Overhauled product/service/pricing to capitalize on incremental revenue opportunities. Yielded additional $10MM in average ARR growth while providing efficiencies & reducing revenue leakage.
