Developed from scratch the first real time bidding platform for China, which has become our leading localized platform in terms of bids.

Key responsibilities:
- Leading  digital roadmap in APAC (includes SEA, Korea, Japan, India and Greater China)
Product strategy, mainly for client facing applications
- Organizing business requirements gathering of APAC needs to input into global strategies (Customer Experience, CRM programs, Content personalization, iOS/web UX, multi language management, information security, integration to global QA and service desk).
- Structure a network of supporting partners to develop our projects
- Localization of the client experience for global channels, development of specialized experience for APAC only applications
