Together, we’ve raised three wonderful children — Hannah (personal branding), Ross (tech & product), and TJ (mental health & neuroscience) — who now co-lead the next generation of our work in community and consciousness. From launching Ecademy in 1998 (the world’s first business social network) to founding BIP100 in 2020, my mission has always been the same: Build networks that outlive me.
