Flying Sheep Studios uses HTML5 to build cross-platform games that run in any browser, be it mobile, desktop or tablet. Since the company’s founding in 2014 in Cologne, we have delivered over 200 games on time, quality and budget to satisfied clients, often working with world renowned brands such as LEGO, Barbie and DreamWorks. While doing this, we have developed our own in-house engine “Lambda”, which we now use to build the next generation of high quality web games.

My tasks include:
- Formulation and execution of the company strategy
- Business development and communication (clients, press, publishers, investors)
- Creating an employer branding, recruitment and team building
- Business administration (financial, HR, legal etc...)
- I also handled the project management of the first 70 games we shipped
