Tom is a graduate of Harvard University's Public Leadership Credential Program. He is a Certified Public Manager in the State of NJ. Tom has a Master of Public Administration degree from Seton Hall University and Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University. Tom also has achieved his Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Certification from Rutgers University. He is currently an adjunct professor at Pillar College, Fairleigh Dickinson University, and his alma mater, Seton Hall University.
