In 2011 we founded Green Park as an independent investment company that invests in small and medium sized companies in the Benelux. What drives us are the successful entrepreneurs and management teams we work with, and the chance we get to support them in growing their businesses. 

We work with successful entrepreneurs that seek to take their businesses to the next level, but also the aging entrepreneurs that we help with their succession and the next generation that we guide into entrepreneurship. Our entire setup is geared towards independence and flexibility, allowing us to be creative in our deal making in order to face any complex situation head-on.

Senior Consultant Corporate Finance

After obtaining Masters in International Corporate and Financial Law from both the universities of Brussels and Leeds and a Specialized Master in International Business at ESSEC Business School, I commenced my career at the Corporate Finance department of BDO Belgium. After gaining extensive experience in financial modelling and M&A assignments in a wide variety of sectors, I have joined Green Park Investment Partners to invest in and support entrepreneurs in growing their businesses.

Thomas also co-founded Jureca in 2017, which has since grown to become the leading digital legal marketplace in Belgium.  

Launching Pillar! 

10 jaar actief in corporate finance en private equity, waarin ik met veel plezier en succes tientallen transacties heb begeleid en als mede aandeelhouder een paar erg mooie bedrijven heb kunnen helpen opschalen tot prominente spelers in hun niche. 

Toch bleef er soms een gevoel knagen.

Echte waarde zit voor mij in oprechte menselijke connecties, in het uitbouwen van een operationele machine op basis van een eigen unieke cultuur die langzaam wordt gevormd door een groep van getalenteerde en gepassioneerde collega’s met éénzelfde missie. Dit gaat verder dan het doen van mooie deals alleen. Dat is waar ik energie van krijg en wat uiteindelijk ook in de mooiste financiële waardecreatie resulteert. 

Het is op die basis dat Pillar werd opgericht: om een selecte groep van ambitieuze ondernemers, bedrijven en investeerders samen te brengen met wie we oprecht graag samenwerken om een aantal mooie bedrijven uit te bouwen en waarde te creëren op de lange termijn.
