The New Venture Lab functions as a student-run business consulting firm, where teams of students collaborate with local entrepreneurs, providing consultation for their businesses over a 9-week period. 

The student-led teams assist entrepreneurs with a range of projects, fostering mutual learning and growth as they tackle real-world challenges.

Tokens Square guides innovative entrepreneurs through the exploration and implementation of digital collectibles and other Web3 tools to retain and reward their clients and customers. Write and publish weekly long form content about Web3 and their use cases.

Founders Live is the global marketplace connecting entrepreneurs to people, resources, capital and global exposure they need for success.

As a global venue, Founders jump at the opportunity to earn recognition, taste fame, connect with other entrepreneurs, and truly become rock stars through our unique livestreamed pitch competitions and inspiring community.

Since the very first gathering we held in 2014, almost one hundred thousand people have attended our events in close to 100 cities and 25+ countries around the world. We are directly aimed to inspire many millions of people to realize their fullest potential and re-aligning entrepreneurship towards a more purposeful endeavor.

As a city leader, I lead a team that is responsible for organizing, planning, marketing and hosting the frequent pitch event, finding and selecting 5 startup founders to present at each event, and joyfully building the Founders Live community in Spokane.

Conferred with President and Exec VP to propose, develop and prioritize projects. Presented recommendations for optimizing business and improving team communication between 5 departments.

Streamlined departmental systems and processes which freed up 8-10 hours a week per department.  

Ensured all parties were on track with requirements, deadlines, and schedules. 

Redesigned leasing flyers, wrote website content and created new LinkedIn posts and company page which improved traffic and attention to the leasing department.

Researched new software options applicable to the specific project. Instructed staff on implementation and use.

Maintained bookkeeping records, calculated and analyzed profit & loss reports, balanced budget and handled accounts payable and receivables. Managed $500k in annual revenue.

Ten Capital Investment Advisors LLC

Started and strengthened the beginning of the company’s brand and client base as a founding member of Ten Capital. 

Shaped social media marketing, constructed blog articles, newsletters, and investment strategy fact sheets to promote the firm and support client education monthly workshops and daily meetings.

Advised 250+ client feed-based investment portfolios with a combined $100 million assets under management. 

Researched, learned and converted various technology tools such as CRM and portfolio management software which enhanced the client and advisor experience.
