- We deliver full circle transformation management from user feedback to highly professional program execution based on board aligned strategy 
- We have deep end-to-end process expertise across SAP's processes to overcome root cause challenges and drive significant simplification 
- We serve as the end-user/customer advocate in SAP’s transformation & drive the change 
- We have a clear content POVs and serve as the connector between strategy, process, IT, data & analytics teams 
- We ensure the effective alignment of IT investments with the transformation roadmap
- We support the ambition to grow to revenue and margin expansion by 2023, as well the targets on eustomer/employee experience
