Communication is one of the biggest bottlenecks in corporations

How do I get my message across in a way that is clear, concise and positively energising ?

It is a delicate dance in-between humans. 

It is extremely hard to get our projected message on the screens of the employees as it was intended. 

How do we display it on the screens so it is not only seen but felt?

How do we ensure implementability?

Brilliant communicators elicit the right e-motions, energy (in) motion.

Storytelling is the oldest and most effective one to get people to believe and trust you. 

Authenticity is the strongest currency and love the greatest and most radiating super fuel.

Ai agents add another dimension to it.

The structure and clarity of the framework for the dissemination of information which these Ai agent team members is of paramount importance. 

One option is the KISSS principle.

Keep It Short Simple Sweet

Sugarcoating information thus minimizing hallucination.

Europe can afford sovereignty. Our capital markets can’t—yet.

Today we release "Futures of the European Capital Market" (with NORD/LB). The takeaway is stark: to secure defense, digital, energy and infrastructure by 2045, Europe must mobilize 🔑 USD 42T—and redesign the pipes that move capital.

Why reform can’t wait:

✦ Leakage: ~80% of EU enterprise cloud/software spend and ~80% of defense procurement flow outside Europe—strengthening others while weakening our own stack. 
✦ Bottlenecks: A fragmented, bank-centric system cannot carry 15–20-year assets at scale; banks should originate & de-risk early, then recycle to deep cross-border markets.

What to do (now):

➡️ Unify capital markets so a Swedish pension fund can seamlessly finance a Portuguese grid or a Polish munitions line—without a bespoke legal odyssey. 

➡️ Keep European money in Europe’s stack—anchor demand via EU procurement & risk-sharing to crowd in private capital for cloud/AI, semis, rail, and defense. 

➡️ Sequence for scale, not headlines—factories, standards and interoperable procurement over one-off announcements.
