Ai programmer + Gardener + DJ = Coach Imagine people to be plants. Plants need a suitable soil, certain amounts of water, and some sunshine to grow. Where and how much? #itdepends People do not grow in greenhouses. The only constant we have is change. The most resilient people, like the most resilient plants, blossom under the harshest conditions. They are like modest cactuses, and if you do not water them for a long time, they blossom. However, they do need the right soil and sunshine. What makes them glow and grow best? Copper among other things. Why do vegetables grow up to 5 times bigger when you stick copper wires next to them and expose them to classical music? They harness earth energies and store frequencies. We have copper in our brain as well. The pineal gland is our radio receiver and synthesizer, our creativity fountain. Why is copper important? It is conducive. What do athletes do when their muscles are sore and overstretched? They copper tape it. Why? So the electro-magnetic energies flow more naturally. The earth emits electro-magnetic frequencies. This is why standing barefoot on soil gets your blood flowing like no pill ever will. This is scientifically proven. Why? We are nothing but electro-magnetic frequencies. Let us move to our roots. A plant‘s and also our foundation is laid in the dark. Some are lucky and they grow up on fertile black earth, e.g. have supportive parents, others need periods of depression to discover their passion. Atomic habits, is a self-help classic book and it was written out of a reset / depression phase. Roots are the foundational structure. We need nutrients and the right frequencies for a sapling to grow. A DJ reads the room and knows what tunes we attune to and like best. So, we as coaches, have to tune into our coachees state of mind. Tune and finetune for them to zoom. How? Questions. Just like a programmer prompts Ai to build a programme. Coaches question their coachees to find answers and build their system themselves. Coaches and Ai programmers have to know the meta structures and beta test systems. Every information carries and sends an intentional piece of data. It is for us coaches and programmers to reverse engineer the mind- and value algos/ paradigms, machines and or people run on. Similar to Ai programme prompt engineers, it is not the one with the best “answer“ but the best question that yields the best results. Questions can be water and cuts. You cut trees in a certain way and they will blossom, see video. Your ai agents are the smart bees pollinating them to bear fruits. Never stop questioning the worlds inside and outside of you. Who and what is your copper?
