#3a Imagine somone is having a bad day. Maybe he/she lost a loved one, a lot of money or got some bad environmental vibes 

#3b People are like garbage trucks sometimes they dump it on you for no apparent reason

My secret hack question is:

"Are you having a bad day?"

Questions lead, heartfelt questions and follow up questions show one thing.

You care.

If you care from the heart, your intent is felt and it resonates on a deeper level.

Tease to please 

Your secret is to de-emotionalize and prime your emotional responses.

When you point a finger at someone, just know that 3 fingers are pointing back.

Something can only disturb you on the outside what is hidden inside.

The more garbage you have inside the greater the carnage outside.

Try not to unload your negativity onto others, but recycle and upcycle the waste to make them taste positivity.

Inner words create outer worlds.

When in doubt, breathe out.

Surf the urge to act, respond to correspond instead.

Where do creative thoughts come from?

It is the ability to think multidimensionally, revealing patterns and criss-crossing and applying those to other fields.

#2 Juxtaposing 

is a great technique to connect the un- or disconnected.

#3 Reverse-engineering 

the texture and structure of white shark fin surfaces to develop skins for airplanes to improve their aerodynamics

#4 Spatially Visualize to Crystallize

Have a grand spatial picture vision to granulize patterns and fragments creating a tapestry

#5 Changing Perspectives

A bird's eye perspective is essential for the corn art presented in the video which is a pre-requisite in any art form

#6 A grand pineal gland

How do I make my pineal gland grand?

A 5 year old's pineal gland is up to 5 times bigger than that of an adult.

It is a very small gland found in the centre of your brain.

It synthesizes and synchronizes energetic mind, body and soul frequencies, serving as a radio receiver and may be responsible for the origins of your ideas.

How do you sow the seeds of creativity and how do you make it blossom?

I have coached some 
science geniuses and here are my observational inferences.

What you can do to be more creative

1 Walking 

(almost all geniuses walk a lot)

It increases oxygen, oscillates, and lets your mind roam. 

2 Being multilingual

I have been thinking in a different language other than my mother tongue and it really helps me with recognising patterns more easily.

The more languages one knows, the easier it becomes to learn more languages and to spot and see meta structures/patterns.
 
3 Musical instruments

Playing musical instruments really helps you in becoming more creative as you have to memorize algorhythmns and sounds.

4 Repititive tasks

A mentor of mine cleans a window for 2 hours at a nano level, leaving it looking as if it just got out of the factory.

Repetitive daily chores serve as a great trampoline for our brain to oscillate our thought frequencies.

5 Timing

Early morning and late at night is when our brain waves are in theta, a natural creative state. 

6 (Circular) Art

Looking at the creating of art like the one in the video beautifully demonstrates the concept of a loop of juxtaposing corns to the image of birds and then being eaten by them.

We are all artists after all and our artistic vision shall be filled with love and excitement for our craft.

So be daft.

🎨 When We Design Memories, We Reprogram Ourselves

I recently watched someone turn a memory into art —
a seashell, a photo, a pressed flower — sealed inside glass.

That’s when it struck me:
“Every time we preserve a memory, we reshape it.”

We think we’re freezing the past.

In reality, we’re rewriting it.

I’ve noticed this in my own life.
Years ago, I framed my first solo trip boarding pass — a symbol of courage.
But when I later remade it into a collage, it told a different story — one of transformation.

That’s when I realized: I don’t collect memories to remember.
I collect them to renegotiate who I’ve become since.

What I felt emotionally, neuroscience later confirmed biologically.

There’s a process called reconsolidation — every time you recall a memory, your brain reopens it like a file, updates it, and saves a new version.

In other words:
 → Every recall reshapes emotion.
 → Every artifact redefines meaning.
 → Every creation teaches your brain what to remember next.

We aren’t just saving memories — we’re editing identity.
In my view, it’s not about avoiding nostalgia — it’s about using it consciously.

Here’s how I try to keep memory creation honest and healing:
✅ Reflect before preserving. I ask, “What emotion am I choosing to keep?”
✅ Capture feeling, not perfection. Beauty without authenticity becomes fiction.
✅ Revisit memories with gratitude. It transforms regret into understanding.
✅ Leave room for evolution. Some memories should keep growing with you.

I think memory-making isn’t about holding on to time — it’s about teaching yourself what to believe next.

Every time you design a memory, you’re shaping the architecture of your future self.

So I’ll leave you with this:

Constantly re-adjusting the angles, the speed, the velocity and its trajectory.

Destillation 

Creative data training, hyper connectivity, hyper villigance, how to better connect algos, multi-head juxtaposition and hyper synapsing of information.

In order to reach its ideal destination one has to leave some residue for Ai to cue.

We need the right amount of clarity as to the exact goal.

Automate to innovate?

Clarity breeds charity.
