Raising and nurturing a human is definitely the most demanding role, physically and mentally. It could be the most wonderful and rewarding position one might have felt. 
Several skills and capabilities I've learned and improved during this stage of life include time management, multitasking, Zen- Life practice, self-awareness, compassion, patience, tolerance, and passion for a healthier future for our children.
