I’m driven by my curiosity to find answers to the most pressing issues, constantly thriving in challenging situations. Throughout my career to date I have led Operations at different levels of the business, across different industries and even different countries (UK and Portugal). Whether it’s data, system, process or people related, I’ve been able to quickly uncover the operational pain points, identify a strategic outcome and implement a tactical solution. Launching a tech startup from London, assuming senior leadership roles at the client organisation (UK government) responsible for delivering the biggest infrastructure programme in Europe (>£100Bn) and most recently joining KUBOO at a fast pace growth stage, are some of my most interesting challenges to date. In short, I’m a confident hands-on individual, getting things done with a passion for developing/improving businesses, its ways of working and support the development of its staff (love to build up capability). My intellectual curiosity also drives me to be a lifelong learner. I have an Executive MBA from Bayes (formerly Cass) Business School and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification. The result is a unique ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams to overcome complex challenges with demanding stakeholders. After 15 years working in the UK, I'm back in Portugal continuing to develop my professional career.
