Her tenure as a nonprofit executive has consistently mirrored a commitment deeper than professional duty. In every endeavor, she seeks to bridge gaps. Every decision, strategy, and initiative she has led echoes her personal drive to create meaningful change for those who have been left behind. Tiffani’s journey in human services began 23 years ago in the “transportation unit” of a local foster care agency. Progressing through the ranks, this foundational experience provided Tiffani with a ground-level perspective of the challenges faced by those she served, which she carried with her as she climbed the professional ladder. In 2003, she was entrusted with the responsibility of launching a foster care program for Kids in Distress. Over a span of nine years, Tiffani expanded the program into the region’s largest and most comprehensive initiative, setting a benchmark for excellence in the field. In 2012, Tiffani’s contributions to the field of Foster Care and Adoption were recognized nationally with the Congressional Angels in Adoption Award in Washington D.C. In 2018, Tiffani embarked on a new chapter by accepting the role of President and CEO at Children’s Harbor. Under her leadership, the organization transitioned to a community-based system of care with an exclusive focus on teenagers. Through programs that focus on life skills, education, mental health support, and more, Children’s Harbor is a haven for growth, healing, and empowerment where teens in foster care can overcome their trauma and forge a path toward becoming self-reliant, productive, and resilient adults. Throughout her tenure in the non-profit sector, Tiffani has embodied a relentless passion for effectuating meaningful change in the lives of those who have been marginalized by society. Her innate drive to challenge the status quo and her propensity to embrace the impossible is driven by the conviction that genuine transformative impact cannot be confined by statistics but measured in moments.
