As a founder, executive coach and Human Design strategist, I bring the innovative approach to the way we build careers, businesses and teams, at the intersection of ancient wisdom, science and technology. My mission is to transform the way we live, work and lead and do the work we were born to do by becoming the leaders we were born to be. I believe in potential every person holds within and know it is not found just in a resume. There is more beneath and I have found a solution to discover it, with one click. How I got here: During my decade-long career as a CPA working in big consulting firms, in both Europe and NYC, I quickly understood that success of a company might be reflected in financial statements, but it is created by people. Through my own journey and obsession of learning about human potential through years of personal development, attending school of practical philosophy on weekends, teaching professional development and studying impact of visual psychology, I knew I wanted to make a bigger impact through the work I do. After developing 3 business ideas while working full-time, even pitching one just 4 days before giving birth to my daughter, I founded Career Alchemist®. What I do: I work with visionary founders, purpose-driven leaders, mission-driven companies to align the work they do with their innate potential. I do this through workshops, coaching and consulting, while also building a tech platform for personalized development of teams and talent. I am a host of Career Alchemist® podcast, in which I interview entrepreneurs and professionals who have successfully created their non-linear careers while sharing lessons learned along my journey through the lens of Human Design. Why I do it: Above all the professional hats I wear as a multi-passionate entrepreneur, my most important role is a mom of a girl who is my inspiration for paving the path for young generations to courageously take ownership of their careers while shaping the scene for empowered leaders of the future. We can teach by talking, but we can truly lead by walking the talk. Life is too short not to live your purpose and on the last day when I turn back behind I want to feel fulfilled with the legacy I am leaving behind. And today I feel so good about the one I am building and life I am living!
