Prodrive Technologies is one of the fastest growing tech companies in Europe. As a result of this continuous growth the supply chain is getting larger and more complex, while at the same time our market leading clients get more and more demanding.  As a NPL Engineer it is my responsibility to achieve a perfect demand fulfillment. I am involved in projects from proto fulfillment to planning of series production and on time deliveries to the customer, all in the most cost efficient way. To facilitate a smooth and structured supply chain process I initiate implementation or optimization of work processes (with production and logistics) or systems (ERP, inventory control and forecasting).
In this role, with a high visibility in the organization, I communicate with stakeholders on all levels, internally with project leaders, engineers and purchasers, externally with our clients. In the fast and dynamic environment I am the linking pin between R&D, purchasing and manufacturing. I make sure all stakeholders are aware of the supply chain risks and act accordingly to mitigate these risks.

It all starts with visibility!

As the supply chain becomes more refined and integrated, logistics management has an even greater impact on the bottom line. Every dollar allocated to transportation must be ultra-efficient. 

I created a tailor-made simulation model for the inbound transport with a lot of support from my stakeholders. With aid of this simulation model, Tesla does have visibility in the inbound transportation costs. 

Tesla's logistics team is able to take strategic decisions and to cut the transport expenses. The results are implemented and this ended up in a large reduction of transportation costs. 

Graduated for my bachelor thesis with a 9 out of 10. Won the thesis prize for the engineering academy, Avans University of Applied Sciences.

With my knowledge, I want to implement solutions in the field of Supply Chain Management. An efficient supply chain is the base for operational excellence and productivity whereas the output is to satisfy the customer.
