Starting out in the fitness industry managing 4 walls to working more recently in an online dual marketplace I have made an impact in a variety of leadership roles including customer support, customer success, escalations, trust & safety, and sales. I have expertise in risk mitigation and brand reputation as well as root cause analytics. I'm looking to make a positive impact wherever my career takes me.
