I co-founded and regularly visit the UFM Film School to teach workshops and classes to students and professors in both English and Spanish. My courses have ranged from "The Spirit of Entrepreneurship" to "New Media Video Production" to "Making Ideas Visible". 

I produced and directed educational short films and branding campaigns with the University.

As part of my role, I traveled to Oslo, Norway with a team of UFM Film Students to produce a series of videos highlighting the work being done by the Oslo Freedom Forum.

Led Klink’s marketing, social media, PR, advertising and content strategies from ideation to implementation and iteration. This strong cross-functional entrepreneurial role was underscored by quick wins and thoughtful decision making.

Drove Marketing Innovation: 
•Established innovative partnerships, marketing campaigns, and community ambassador program leading to a 500% revenue growth over my time as CMO. Monitored KPIs and event funnels to inform product decisions. Ideated and executed large and small scale experimental marketing campaigns to drive customer and revenue growth.

Coordinated Marketing Efforts:
• Launched the Bud Light Button with Anheuser-Busch InBev: The world’s largest beverage
maker ran a marketing campaign on Klink’s platform. Participated in ideation and defining success metrics achieving widespread media coverage.
• Partnered with Total Wine & More: The world’s largest liquor store chain operated several stores on the Klink Platform. I managed  the marketing campaign in our new markets to support product growth.
• Explored Experiential Delivery with Constellation Brands: The largest beer import company teamed up with Klink to execute a jet-ski beach delivery weekend with Corona.
• Partnered with Nestle: The world's largest food and beverage company worked with Klink to deliver frozen pizza with our drinks in Washington DC.
• Created partnerships with dozens of local brands and businesses to drive mutual growth.


Executed Recruitment Initiatives: 
•Recruited, evaluated, on-boarded, and managed more than 50 community ambassadors in more than 5 cities as well as more than 5 part-time & full-time staff.

Content Creation:
•Created media to fuel our content marketing strategies. Directed our brand manifesto and cocktail video series, write and editing blog posts, graphics, and marketing material.

Created a localized marketing strategy leading to 20% month over month growth leading to my promotion to Chief Marketing Officer.

Managed our DC market during the roll-out of our partnership Anheuser-Busch InBev.

Institute for Humane Studies

I worked in a collaborative team of 13 to grow our activity to include over 400+ videos with over 25 million views, active social media channels, and interactive online programs, with a $2 million annual budget.

I oversaw marketing of an innovative online educational platform geared toward college-aged students. I managed the developed and execution of social media campaigns to grow our online audience and increase video views. One such campaign generated over 120,000 petition signatures and garnered wide-spread media attention.

I oversaw video production teams to create compelling content which fueled our above growth. Many of these videos received over 1 million views on Facebook and YouTube.

Marketing and Video Production Coordinator

I created communication strategies effectively bridging our video, social and PR efforts.

I managed a team of three direct reports in a cross-functional environment briding the marketing team and the video production team. I worked with the senior program director to identify team capabilities and gaps and to ideate solutions. I created a in-house production capacity to take on projects previously delegated to vendors, saving human and financial resources. I managed relationships with a variety of vendors, including consultants, agencies, and production and design teams. I collaborated with the organizational leadership on a variety of projects from summer seminars to strategy decisions.

I produced educational videos ranging from mini-documentaries to short films to effectively engage our student audience. 

Developed, implemented and managed our "Pitch Process" to draw in pitches from external producers and oversee their production and distribution.

Communications Coordinator

I did blogger outreach to promote our videos, managed our large social media following across several accounts on Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, and Google+, online advertising on Twitter, Facebook and Google, tracked stats in Google Analytics, authored our newsletter, edited our web page, organized and staffed our presence at in-person events, promoted content on social news sites, new media outreach to other organizations, and other misc projects.

I lead a dynamic video production and marketing team, allowing me to work with growing businesses, non-profits, and educational institutions to expand their impact. Prior to Motivo, I was the CMO for Klink Delivery Inc. (acquired by Delivery.com) and CoBuy Inc., a start-up committed to democratizing access to home ownership.

Driven by a profound passion for storytelling, I specialize in crafting video content and marketing strategies that not only captivate but also create meaningful connections with audiences worldwide.  Among my recent projects, I had the honor of working alongside Joaquin Phoenix on a recent explainer video and am currently directing "Touching the Sky," the world's first feature documentary about Acro Yoga. 

My portfolio includes collaborations with renowned brands such as Google, Amazon, BBC, Meta, and Cisco, with my work being showcased in The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The Huffington Post, Wired, and Tech Crunch, among others.

Beyond professional pursuits, I am fluent in both English and Spanish, having grown up in Venezuela and Costa Rica. My language skills and innate curiosity have enabled me to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
