As Business Development Manager, managed the entire sales cycle from lead generation through deal closing with C-Level Executives. As enterprise Client Success Manager, built and grew relationships across all levels, and worked with clients from pre-launch through implementation and ongoing campaigns to drive adoption.

As Program Director I launched the LA Chapter. In addition, I  developed and managed collaborative relationships with partner organizations, C-level Executives at Fortune 500 Companies, donors, local community groups/businesses and government agencies. The Fortune Society’s mission is to support successful reentry from incarceration and promote alternatives to incarceration, thus strengthening the fabric of our communities. As Senior Discharge Planner I managed a pre-release program for sentenced men in the NYC prison system.  Provided client services and managed a team inside of the jail as well as an additional team / services in the surrounding community.

My journey has taken me from the Marine Corps, to working at Rikers Island and Skid Row, to Silicon Valley, to my high school alma mater, and now to San Diego. While my path has not been conventional, it has been filled with passion for serving the greater good and finding opportunities where others only saw obstacles.

I have a proven track record of being scrappy to be successful in business development, strategy, and leadership in both for-profit and non-profit organizations. 

As a competitive runner and someone who is always trying to improve in sport, work, leadership, and life in general, I have also recently completed my MS in Sport and Performance Psychology
