The tool focuses on aligning personal and company goals to cultivate strong personal brands. It assists in strategizing, finding inspiration, and converting ideas into engaging posts. We use AI throughout the user journey to deliver hyper personalized recommendations.

Together with the venture studio arm of MVPF and DB Schenker, I validated a vector in SaaS. The objective was to identify key pain points in how small- to mid-sized e-commerce companies handle supply chain and procurement topics, to transform these insights into a viable market opportunity (www.joinvenderly.com).

Following my exit from inlytics, I was involved in the validation of Revin's business case and helped in preparing for the seed funding round together with the two founders, Niklas and Dan. Revin serves as a global merchant of record (MoR) for digital business models/ companies.

Between 2018 and 2020, I closely supported about 35 startups, guiding them in validating their business ideas and gaining market traction. My key roles included:

- Leading product and business development; working hands-on with teams to sharpen their value propositions.
- From time to time; organizing workshops for ideation or growth related challenges
- Managing online ads on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, and handling web tracking with tools like Google Tag Manager
- Analyzing early-stage startup business models to set up essential business assumptions
- Conducting customer interviews to identify market needs
- Creating high-converting landing page mockups using Sketch or Figma; executing them in Webflow to run engaging ad creatives on different online platforms for validation

My role was quite versatile and I directly contributed to our startups validation/ growth by applying my hands-on strenghts.
