Over the past two decades, I’ve built a career rooted in helping businesses grow by solving their operational, digital and lead-generation challenges. My journey began with 2BInteractive, a full-service digital agency I co-founded in 2006. In 2012, I established our first offshore team in the Philippines - a pivotal move that significantly enhanced our delivery capabilities and shaped my long-term belief in the power of offshoring. Recognising the challenges agencies face in scaling their digital capacity, I rebranded the business in 2017 as Sonnet - a white-label provider specialising in premium web development and digital marketing solutions. Today, Sonnet partners with agencies across North America and ANZ, helping them scale efficiently and deliver exceptional results. My primary focus remains business development, supported by a highly capable offshore team that manages day-to-day operations. In 2022, I co-founded Parallel, who helps small to medium businesses unlock the benefits of offshoring by setting up tailored teams in the Philippines. Inspired by the transformative potential of offshore teams, my focus at Parallel is on scaling the business, building client relationships, and establishing it as a trusted partner for companies navigating the complexities of offshoring. In 2019, I formalised my expertise in lead generation through Many Hands, an online course that teaches professionals how to identify, engage, and nurture prospects using LinkedIn. Many Hands distills the strategies I’ve used to grow my businesses into a simple, repeatable process anyone can use to generate leads. With a current focus divided between Parallel, Sonnet and Many Hands, I thrive on building strong teams, fostering innovation, and helping other businesses achieve their goals.
