- Assists clients in acquiring and maintaining highly talented individuals

ASA Prime Basketball

AAU basketball program that prepares youth players for high school basketball and life. Over 40 past players have played or play in college basketball and over 100 past and present players have played at the varsity basketball level. I direct and supervise players at practice and games. Individual skill development is the main focus, while creating a sense of enjoyment with the game and an inner competitiveness for the game closely follow it.

Help develop, grow, and market the newly founded girls basketball program. Additionally I coach and plan the practices, games, and multiple administrative functions. 

It is an absolute honor to be able to help the young players learn more about basketball, become better players, and most importantly be a mentor with as many of the players as possible.

Manage a team, station, and other councilors. Make sure camp is running smoothly, campers are enjoying their time, and taking care of injuries if they occur.

Started as a volunteer assistant and have been internally promoted to head assistant of the varsity team and all levels coordinator. I look over all 3 levels and communicate the expectations of the program with the players and coaches. Have performed strength and conditioning for the past three years, skill development, game planning and scouting.

Develop and promote a newly created fitness center for athletes. Create promotional events for future dates to help develop business and become more known. Contact local schools about the center and maintain business partnerships with all local schools. Attend sporting events to promote to parents and athletes.
