Created the product vision, roadmap, and backlog defining work using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), transforming from waterfall to agile.

• Impacted the industry by working with the creator of SAFe and a team of architects to develop the concepts of Architectural Runway and healthy backlog. These were incorporated into SAFe v4.
• Implemented SAFe leading to $100M savings across IT coupled with reduced delivery timelines of six months, on average.

• Global lead for Data Quality – Architected and implemented automated system for proactively alerting data quality team of data inconsistency issues, which allowed the team to fix the issues before impacting business operations. Facilitated weekly meetings to communicate progress and receive feedback from business leads. Analyzed and implemented solutions that corrected complex data quality issues.
• Project manager of Global Web Reporting project. First rollout of BW reporting on the web for the company. Project was a success and was under budget and on time. The project brought online BW reporting capabilities for offices in Africa, Asia, Central and South America. Web Reports are used by 3000 users.
• Developed data models, executive dashboards and global reporting solutions for sales, marketing, and product supply to drive growth and efficiencies across the company.

Consulted with SC Johnson and performed the following activities: aided with batch scheduling and troubleshooting performance issues for SAP BW. Improved system performance by implementing logical partitioning cubes for large data areas. In addition, performed various tasks including query migration in preparation for upgrading BW from 3.5 to 7.0.
