Each day I get to coach, develop, and influence middle and high school students.  I teach history and personal finance and help sponsor a couple of student leadership groups.  I also work with our worship team to help plan a monthly student-led worship service for chapel.

I coached and developed a class of 20-22 fourth grade students.  I taught all core subjects except mathematics, and I also taught Bible.  Part of my role involved communicating and encouraging parents.  I developed the students to be leaders right where they were rather than waiting until they get older.
