- Managing all operational activities in territory in line with SHES policies, production targets, bulk reload plant establishment and customer expectations;
- Ensuring that motivated, skilled, competent and appropriately trained teams are in place for all operational sites in territory;
- Managing customer relationships and all relevant commercial activities across each site in territory; 
- Implementing plans to ensure the maximum utilisation, availability and security of business assets within territory; 
- Ensuring that succession and development plans are in place for key roles and personnel.

Roc-Drill Pty Ltd

The Roc-Drill Group of companies provide production blasthole drilling, blasting and supporting services to a diverse range of clients (mining bias) across and commodity types throughout Australia.  The group is well positioned for future growth and development, leveraging from the systems developed and implemented.

Tim worked across the businesses, leveraging from transactional experience assisting in the acquisition of equipment and associated finance, strategic oversight and delivery of programs that transition the businesses to grow and succeed.  

Purchased in 2021 by Norcliffe Mining Services Ltd, during this transition Tim assisted Norcliffe with the capital raise to secure these businesses working closely with the CEO. 

Tim has worked alongside this business for 18 months before taking this position with the Roc Drill Group.

Working with the Family Group to manage Real Estate Portfolio across Queensland, with an operational Overlay for Trading businesses.  Building and fostering relationships with the Managing Directors and Key Stakeholders in underlying business across business units.

Participated in the enactment of the Succession plan.

Development Manager

As this was a new Sector, I felt it beneficial to understand how the business operated on the Coalface.  This role required building on existing Fleet Business in the Local Market and developing the relationship's with Key stakeholders both internal and external to increase the volume of vehicles supplied to companies who purchased multiple vehicles as a tool of the trade. 

Increase the identification of genuine fleet customers who were falling into retail channels and were not obtaining recognition or service levels that they required to ensure that the Group was a supplier of choice. Working with these customers to better serve their needs.
