Here’s what I know now that I didn’t then: Life is not about “DOING it all” — that mindset keeps you stuck in survival mode — Life is about BEING it all and you decide what that means. The shift starts with rejecting the old work-life "balance” patterns that lead to fragmentation & feelings of failure and adopting new patterns that honor all of your roles. Leveraging my operator’s mind and proven business frameworks, I design custom toolkits that break old patterns and foster new ones, enabling my clients to show up in their whole lives as their whole selves. My story: In the process of founding three businesses and growing several others from Seed through Series B, I achieved success but lost myself. I made myself small, sacrificed whole parts of my identity and accepted existential tradeoffs between my career and my family. Then, after 20+ years achieving "success" at the expense of myself, my flame got so small it burned out. Hardest lesson, biggest blessing. I took an 18-month hiatus from my career and began a head-led process to heal from trauma and rediscover myself. I learned how to stay big and achieve success -- without the sacrifice. I'm still driven AF and hard-wired for high-achievement, but now powered by habits for healthy high-performance & actionable strategies for intentional living. And I'm on a mission to help multi-role, badass female founders & executives master those same strategies to get out of survival mode and back into their lives. No more zero-sum mindset.
