My story: In the process of founding three businesses and growing several others from Seed through Series B, I achieved success but lost myself. I made myself small -- sacrificed whole parts of my identity, internalized and normalized existential tradeoffs between my career and my family. And after 20+ years achieving "success" at the expense of myself, my flame got so small it burned out. Hardest lesson, biggest blessing. I took an 18-month hiatus, guiding myself through a process of head-led healing to: rediscover myself realign with my values & rewire my operating system I learned how to stay big and achieve success -- without the sacrifice. I'm still driven AF and hard-wired for high-achievement, but now powered by habits for healthy high-performance & actionable strategies for intentional living. And I'm on a mission to help others -- especially female founders -- master those same strategies in order to stay big and show up for themselves so they can show up for their families and their businesses without burning out. No more zero-sum mindset. We're going for the win-win.
