Before establishing IBG, I ran an accountancy practice for 11 years which I sold in 2021 and attracted a large interest in the sale. The mindset required to play sport at a high level, I also bring to clients, and it has been interesting over the years to see how this has helped clients gain clarity and increase the positivity of their mindset in the business world. Outside of work, I like nothing better than spending time with my wife and two children and playing the occasional round of golf. I am a great believer in realising why you are working and making sure your personal goals and business goals are interlinked.
