In my capacity as the head of product overseeing Figure Eight Federal's (F8F) product portfolio, I am deeply involved in both driving product innovation and cultivating key partnerships across the defense and intelligence community. My role encompasses spearheading collaborations that leverage F8F's advanced data labeling technology, AI training quality flows, SAR insights, LLM optimizer, and Geospatial Insight Engine, ensuring our cutting-edge solutions are seamlessly integrated into the critical workflows of our partners. Through these strategic alliances, I drive the enhancement of AI and ML applications, focusing on delivering solutions that address the unique challenges of national security and intelligence operations.

Focused on powering the cross-domain mobility of tomorrow through innovations in cloud and artificial intelligence by  cross-department teamwork with key stakeholders on P&L, roadmap, strategy, markets, and technology.

Member of the global product management team with a focus on traffic solutions, a suite of products ranging from traffic controllers to Advanced Traffic Management Systems (EcoTrafix and DYNAC), and including emerging products combining connected vehicle data with advanced analytics to improve Traffic and Mobility Management. 

Core development teams are based in Austria, Spain, and the United States. Our solutions are utilized by public agencies around the world to increase operational efficiency, safety, and reduce congestion.

Responsibilities:

- Own the business plan, roadmap, and strategy

- Build consensus with sales, pre-sales, delivery

- Continual product discovery through client interviews

- Translate market needs to solution requirements for the Platform Product Leads

- Ensure early solution readiness to enable demonstrations to facilitate sales & customer feedback

- Plan technological evolution along with business model adaptations to achieve product-market fit

- Coordination with information campaigns aligned with corporate marketing and communications

- Ensure compliance to relevant standards

- Facilitate solution availability, documentation readiness, integration, & standardized costs.

- Ensure feedback loops to product development by operational and productive data.

Product Manager (Global Traffic Segment)

Responsible for managing the North America demo system for Solution Consulting as well as demoing our software products throughout the United States and Canada. 

- Responsible for developing scenarios that showcase unique value propositions based on product differentiators within the market and demoing our latest technologies at pre-sale meetings and conferences. 

- Involved in cross-department and international collaboration to manage the deployment, feature enhancements, upgrades, and quality control of our national demo systems. 

- Responsible for assisting with major ATMS Deployments and business development in the North American region.

Intelligent Transportation Society of America

The Intelligent Transportation Society of the Carolinas (ITS Carolinas) is a Chapter of ITS America that encompasses both North and South Carolina.  We operate exclusively as a non-profit organization focused on the integration of Intelligent Transportation Systems in transportation operations as a cost-effective solution to increase the safety and mobility of our transportation network. 

Role: In charge of managing the scholarship committee, NCSITE partnership events, and digital presence.

Board Of Directors ITS Carolinas (Elected Position)

Developed custom solution to connect rural community farmers without internet access selling non-gmo seeds and gardening supplies to urban populations to promote healthier locally grown food. Managed partnerships, business development, marketing and underlying technology of the startup. Became a MVP of the leading open source .NET e-commerce project through my contributions to the ecosystem. Grew the startup from scratch to generating online sales in over 45 states.

Projects:
-	System for Transfer Business Workflow to help automate a lot of the manual work done to coordinate new product introductions.  

-	Automation of the Qual Plan with additional features such as auto lock out, duplicating qual plan, role based edit capabilities, and auto notifications.

-      The Qual Material Management system to provide lot identifications, change management, tracking, and automatic notifications.

-	A wafer efficiency metric to analyze ways to increase efficiency and reduce costs.  This involved data mining and analysis on large data sets.

2014 VMEC Scholar

With cutting edge AI augmented human-machine teaming technology and a formidable global crowd of 1 million across over 170 countries, fluent in more than 235 languages, F8F processes over 200 billion geospatial data points daily. Its significant contributions span the optimization of over 10 autonomous vehicle programs, foundational LLMs, and smart speaker technologies like Amazon Alexa.
