Advised the Commander, Special Operations Joint Task Force- Operation Inherent Resolve (SOJTF-OIR) and his staff on all public affairs matters; developed public affairs plans and procedures and maintained relationships with coordinated access for members of the press. Also, commanded a detachment of 12 public affairs Soldiers and officers collecting and producing public affairs products across 4 countries, managing their collection efforts and conducting quality control of their work.

Supported over 2500 Special Operations personnel deployed throughout the U.S. Central Command Area of Responsibility. Coordinated all activities for the SOCCENT Chief of Staff (CoS). Interfaced with the SOCCENT staff, service components, other Theater Special Operations Commands, Combatant Command staffs and interagency partners to enhance synchronization of all staff actions. Received and distributed communication from HQ CENTCOM and HQ USSOCOM and tasked the appropriate SOCCENT directorates to prepare timely responses. Staff proponent for monitoring and facilitating all
staff actions. Provided training, tools, templates, processes, subject matter expertise and assistance for all staff actions.

I plan, design, develop and execute comprehensive, nationwide campaigns to convey information concerning Multifamily Housing’s programs to individuals and organizations served or affected by those programs. I promote and publicize important policy changes from Multifamily to internal and external stakeholders and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in order to build means of sharing policy updates and generating feedback for policy makers.

• Corporate communications lead for a team that developed and implemented a major change initiative in an organization of over 4,000 government employees and contractors.
• Drafted speeches and messages to the workforce for the Director and Deputy Director of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), improving communication with internal stakeholders.
• Planned and executed a comprehensive communications audit, identifying key shortfalls in employee communications and provided recommendations to address them.
• Researched and authored several articles for NGA’s external publication, “Pathfinder” magazine, contributing to awareness and understanding of the NGA among external stakeholder groups.

• Created a business plan for the creation of a new company, identifying the potential to provide significant tax advantages and various operating synergies with APIP’s other holdings.
• After conducting a local industry analysis, implemented a marketing plan for Central Asian Cement, the third largest cement producer in Mongolia, contributing to a 50% increase in month over month sales.
• Published an article on the Mongolian cement industry for the internationally recognized publication, “International Cement Review,” providing free, global exposure to the firm and their holdings.

• Executed approval and implementation of over $2.2 million in projects, improving the critical infrastructure, safety, and economic situation of Iraqi people by providing hundreds of jobs.
• Consulted with the Rusafa District government, advising on issues of security, governance building, and economic development, resulting in the improved functioning of government and their increased legitimacy.
• Secured previously unreleased resources from Iraqi Ministries through coordination with the U.S. Agency for International Development and State Department, enabling increased distribution at the local level.

•	Using Excel, tracked and analyzed monthly data concerning attacks on the base to determine likely enemy positions, leading to more accurate targeting and a significant decrease in future attacks.
•	Led the planning and implementing of training schedules, maintenance, and administrative needs for 4 teams both in combat and in the U.S.
•	Developed themes and messages used by soldiers on the ground aimed at reducing support for insurgent groups.

•	Managed the training, safety, accountability, professional growth, and transition to combat of over 50 soldiers and senior leaders while in Tongduchon, Korea and Ramadi, Iraq.
•	Second in charge of over 100 men and responsible for ensuring the maintenance and combat readiness of 14 vehicles valued at over $15 million.
