As the Director of Operations my role is to automize, build, and formalize business processes.

Director of Operations

Zeroqode

Zeroqode builds and deploys custom software solutions for a range of businesses and entrepreneurs.

As the COO I was responsible for managing the entire process, from sales, to project management, to development and I lead and delivered over 100 custom web and mobile apps. 

Key Achievements:

-Lead Communication Across 3 Cross-Functional Remote Departments
-2x'ed Agency Revenue (800K -> 1.6m)
-Doubled ADV (12K -> 17K)
-More than 2x'ed Agency Headcount (30 -> 70)
-Managed the operational process from lead in to development completed
-Developed and Managed Partner Networks of VCs and other Web Development Firms to establish a partnership program generating regular and consistent leads
-Cultivated and managed relationships with key vendors like Bubble, Twilio, Stripe, and others
-Spearheaded the charge in moving all teams to fully remote

Chief Operating Officer

GetUniq.com

GetUniq is a SaaS solution that offers bonuses on your existing marketing spend through critical partnerships with companies like Google, X (Formerly Twitter), Yahoo, and many others.

As the leader of the sales team, I ensured that we were regularly signing new clients and bringing on new ad network partners. 

Key Achievements:

-Developed and built our GTM strategy for the US, European, and Chinese Markets
-Renegotiated current existing agreements with advertising networks such as Google and Facebook
-Consistently cultivated new relationships with other advertising networks and nurtured existing partnerships 
-Managed the integration of new networks onto the GetUniq platform
-Lead a team of five sales manager for the regions of Europe, CIS, and China

Head Of Business Development

Originally brought on as an AE at GetUniq to spearhead growth plans for European and US markets.  My main focus on bringing on popular digital advertising partners.

Key Achievements:

-Initiated, lead, and closed deals with advertising networks such as: Oath, Microsoft (Bing), Google, Twitter, and others
-Traveled to conferences to take meetings with European and American advertisers and online advertisement platforms
-Maintained and developed partnerships with advertising platforms like GoogleAds
-Wrote, developing, and AB testing email and phone scripts
-Managed a full pipeline of international online advertising clients

Account Executive

admitad GmbH

MitGo (formerly Admitad) is the largest affiliate network in the CIS with a strong foothold in Europe and the United States.

At MitGo my responsibility was to bring on new advertising partners to our affiliate network.

Key Achievements: 

-160% of KPI within first year of sales
-Launched over 60 new advertisers in first year including companies such as, Crocs, Ancestry.com, and Carters Group
-Lead negotiations with advertisers on commission rates

International Sales Manager

Parametric

Parametric is a portfolio solutions provider managing institutional wealth plans for large organizations

Key Responsibilities: 

-Analyzed Requests for Proposals from institutional clients
-Optimized monthly processes through automation of various spreadsheets and data tables
-Complete quarterly processes and optimize processes through use of VBA excel coding and pivot tables

Reporting Analyst

The Appleton Group LLC

The Appleton Group is a private wealth management group focused on investment advisory services.

Key Responsibilities: 

-Calculated and updated portfolio fact sheet data 
-Responsible for redesign of investment due diligence monitor and tools to scrutinize performance of investment managers
-Facilitated the process of keeping or removing investments from portfolios, lineups, and models based on performance from redesigned due diligence monitor

Research Associate

As the Director of Operations at LevelUp my job is to automate and create processes for everything.

My philosophy is that any process that needs to be repeated, it's better to automate, document, control and never deploy on a Friday.
