•	AUM of Fund has increased from $35Mio to over $80Mio in the last 4 years.
•	As a founding shareholder, helped to develop the business from start up to medium sized asset manager. 
•	Identified, investigated, and resolved issues for Bloomberg’s leading asset management platform.
•	Focused on emerging market foreign exchange and local rates with a major input on the macro view.
•	Increased media awareness with WSJ, Reuters and did WSJ radio show on emerging markets.

•	Firm needed a focus centre for EM FX and local rate sales, so I developed a focused centre of excellence for local market products.
•	Successfully brought synergy and profit focus to the different teams enabling a leveraged and more profitable approach to client coverage. Raised the products profile across other related departments (Corporate Finance etc). Championed sales to become "solution providers" to clients, thereby adding value for the client and to the bottom line for ING.
