-	Administered, reorganized and revised over 200 departmental policies establishing MPD as the preeminent law enforcement agency in Pinal County
-	Implemented robust document management system resulting in significant increases of efficiency for 86 employees
-	Provided Office of Chief organizational process of $9.5 million departmental budget, including coordinating procurement efforts, maintaining department capital, forecasting expenditures, and contacting vendors

I'm fortunate to be in a profession where I get to marry my two passions - ASU and local government.

I have been a Sun Devil since 2005 when I enrolled as an undergraduate student and never left. I recently joined ASU's Office of Government and Community Engagement in 2022.  Prior to his current role, I worked in municipal government administration for eight years for three different municipalities. I am also an adjunct professor for ASU’s School of Public Affairs and teach courses on public policy, public administration, leadership, intergovernmental affairs, and urban cities.

A native Phoenician, I graduated from ASU with degrees in Justice Studies, Criminology, Public Administration, and Public Policy. I am currently pursuing degrees in Philosophy and Film Studies - just for fun! I live in Phoenix with my wife Megan and two sons, Carson and Owen.
