Boulevard Recruiting is a female-founded company specializing in recruiting top-tier technical talent for early stage start ups. Boulevard operates as in-house recruiting consultants with expert understanding of the technology and startup industry and leveraging great relationships with VC's, we are able to excel at finding and attracting qualified candidates for many roles such as software engineers, data scientist, product managers, and more.

As a Technical Sourcer, my responsibilities included:
• Successfully sourced hard-to-fill top tech talent in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment, strategically aligning hires with critical business objectives of our clients targeting roles such as: Software Engineers (Frontend, Fullstack, Backend, Data, Tech Leads) Technical Project Managers, Mechanical Engineers, and Product Designers.

• Managed end-to-end pre-screening and qualification of candidates, evaluating technical skills, experiences, and cultural fit to present top talent to lead recruiters and hiring managers to ensure optimal candidate selection.

• Conducted market research, intelligence mapping, and created a competitor matrix to strategically target top talent for technical and non-technical roles in a high-growth startup.

Greater Cincinnati Education Network

Co-founder of a local Cincinnati based non-profit titled the Greater Cincinnati Education Network with the purpose of providing quality educational programs and services to diverse and underserved primary and secondary student populations.

My responsibilities included:
• Develop, coordinate, and manage programmatic facilitations, student learning and development curriculum, customer success and engagement, and recruitment initiatives. 
• Develop and implement a teacher certification track program to increase recruitment and retention of teachers of color in the classroom for underserved Title One schools. 
• Coordinated all programmatic and training initiatives that aided in creating a sense of belonging, provide academic coaching and academic growth in a supportive atmosphere to ensure retention, persistence and overall success over 50 students. 
• Manage all recruitment initiatives for students and families to increase our enrollment in our Young Science Academy.  
• Manage the programmatic operations of the Young Science Academy Summer Enrichment program.
• Collaborated with current teachers to create a culturally relevant curriculum to teach students participating Young Science Academy program.

• Successfully recruited and enrolled 3500 students from 300 counties and 350 schools utilizing enrollment trends and demographic data to create strategic and targeted recruitment strategies– contributing to record-breaking university enrollment for 3 consecutive years.

• Strengthened university strategic recruitment efforts by managing 20 external relationships with community-based organizations and 300 high school counselors, alongside cultivating 15 internal campus partnerships across student affairs, academic departments, Veterans Affairs, LGBTQ Center, Black Cultural Center, etc, leading to a significant increase in diverse student enrollment and engagement, aligning with university’s strategic goals of inclusivity and excellence.

 • Led cross-functional initiatives between the marketing and recruitment teams, introducing targeted online and social media campaigns that effectively increased university value proposition for Gen Z student demographic, resulting in a notable 15% increase in diverse student enrollment.

• Planned, organized, and implemented monthly recruitment events and programs such as, college fairs, campus visits, multicultural engagement initiatives, and information sessions, to engage prospective students and encourage university inclusion and belonging.

• Trained, mentored, and developed new 5 recruiters by creating a standardized operations procedure teaching best student and stakeholder engagement practices, key recruitment strategies and initiatives, and industry knowledge to-ensure success in role.

• Reviewed over 6,000 applications and transcripts to determine student eligibility for admission into the university.
