Defined UX strategies to acquire 300k potential customers and solve pain points by creating journey maps based on User Research. 
• VR Hackathon – built an augmented reality experience to engage citizens in visualizing the planning and development of their community.
• Trade 360 – built an component library, where this describes with the help of code how a brand looks and feels in a digital context. Created variables and booleans to establish distinct property functions for each component. This then helped with the process of the digital style guide and the main design system.
