As Director of Marketing, I led the marketing strategy for Wix's customer support product — Answers. I managed a team of 11 professionals across performance, content, product marketing, events, social, marketing operations, and design functions.

- Built and managed Answer's marketing reporting infrastructure via Snowflake, Fivetran, and Looker
- Removed manual admin work with Workato workflows to improve reporting and team processes

As Demand Generation Manager, I was the first hire responsible for creating Wix Answers' full-funnel acquisition strategy. This included creating and managing all marketing processes to facilitate the creation and reporting of leads and marketing qualified leads. In this role I managed a team of marketing operations, performance acquisition, and content professionals.

As Bizzabo's Demand Generation Manager, I was directly responsible for demand programs and reporting funnel performance. Additionally, I led a strategic shift in business strategy and infrastructure to move from inbound marketing to account-based marketing.

- Built reporting models on Looker utilizing LookML and SQL-based queries

Demand Generation Manager

Responsibilities:

-Led strategy and execution of acquisition and customer retention campaigns through email, SEM, paid social, direct buys, and MakerBot web properties.
-Assisted the marketing team in go-to-market strategy for new hardware and software. Most recently launched MakerBot’s Replicator+, Mini+, and Experimental Extruder products.
-Work closely with the sales organization to modify quarterly campaign strategy to drive demand and reach quarterly booking targets. 
-Marketo administrator responsible for automated campaign builds, sales operational infrastructure processes, and data management.


Projects:

-Migrated reporting dashboards from Salesforce.com to MODE Analytics by utilizing SQL to join multiple 1st and 3rd party data sources. Dashboards reported lead, opportunity, and sales bookings KPI’s.
-Assisted in the strategy and execution of 1st party custom web javascript tracking on MakerBot.com web properties, resulting in cleaner web KPI’s and business demand monitoring. 
-Built and presented ad hoc marketing reports using SQL to describe the Inside Sales business through customer profiles and first touch attribution data models. This initiative resulted in a new categorization of KPI’s and quarterly goals. 
-Collaborated with MakerBot’s data engineer to programmatically send marketing segments to Marketo through API integrations and MakerBot’s data warehouse.
-Assisted in data warehouse integration and processes for the marketing team between Amazon Redshift, Marketo, AdWords, Facebook, and custom web javascript tracking. 
-Lead vendor evaluations and project scope to build out a 1:1 multi-channel marketing infrastructure with a focus on segmenting customer usage data for the purpose of retention and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
