Grew the marketing team from 1 to 8+ with managers, ICs, and freelancers spanning across content, community, social, growth, design, and demand generation. This included managing the Implementation team, Smile's front-line inbound sales/initial support/customer success team, who also work as IC's on marketing projects.

Total installed merchant count increased by 4x while I lead the marketing team, hitting 100k in early 2022.
