Hey there 👋 I’m Tim, currently the Senior Manager of Marketing & Community at Smile.io Things that are important to me: - family - community - equality - design 
I’ve written and edited hundreds of resources about loyalty, retention, ecommerce, real estate, startups, robots (and more). The thread through it all is storytelling. From blogs, to ebooks, webinars, landing pages, email, ad copy, video, and podcasts (guest + host), the questions are always "what story are we telling", "who are we telling it to", and "why should we be telling this story"? When I’m not in my home office in my garage, you can usually find me playing with my kids, reading a book, or scrolling through tech blogs—while simultaneously refilling my coffee for the umpteenth time. ☕
