Channel Account Manager

Dell Technologies

In 2022, I was rehired by Dell to manage their partner account with CDW, a leading multi-brand technology solutions provider to business, government, education, and healthcare organizations. I led efforts to grow Dell’s business, working as on-site Account Manager. I also facilitated training on product and best practices, and acted as a liaison for Dell Direct and CDW, tasked with bringing teams together so we could be “better together”.

Key Accomplishments:
-	Orchestrated several events in which Dell Direct and CDW met to work together outside of office.
-	Drove 25% YoY growth in segment that is accountable for 33% of yearly number and is currently ranked #1 inside of CDW for Dell sales.  
-	Maintained average goal attainment of 135% throughout tenure in this role.

National Account Manager

SonicWall

During this time frame, I was hired to manage accounts in the Federal Civilian division with such key clients as DOE, DOJ, and NASA for this privately held IT company that delivers cybersecurity, email security, and firewall protection. 

Key Accomplishments:
-	Generated 20% quarter-over-quarter revenue growth throughout tenure in this role.
-	Played key role in closing company’s largest new business opportunity in < 6 months of hire. 
-	Led team that covers company’s #1 partner, Dell.
-	Maintained average goal attainment of 120%.

Federal Account Executive / Partner Manager

Veeam Software

In 2019, I was hired by Veeam Software to deliver back-up and recovery solutions for business, government, education, and healthcare organizations. I managed accounts with 7 large partners: CDW, SHI, Insight, PCM Inc., Connection, Zones, and Softchoice. I also drove efforts to grow partners software portfolio by delivering training on the latest updates to help our partners optimize their sales results.  

Key Accomplishments:
•	Played pivotal role in helping close $7.5M in new business within first quarter on team. 
•	Led team for the west that covers Veeam’s #1 partner CDW.

Partner Manager

Dell

In 2016, I was assigned to manage and grow business with Dell’s partner account with CDW.

Key Accomplishments:
•	Played integral role in growing annual Dell business with CDW from $0 to $1B; closed deals ranging from $500K to $2M. 
•	Served on team that has grown 30% YOY and is currently ranked #1 inside of CDW for Dell sales in west small business teams.  
•	Maintained average goal attainment of 125% throughout tenure in this role.

On-Site Partner Account Manager, CDW

In this prior Dell role, I managed 121 partner accounts across Mountain West Region: NM, UT, MT, WY, CO, and MN. I supported sales of the entire range of products from desktops to data center equipment. I developed complex, custom solutions to fulfill client business requirements. I also ensured on-time client delivery of new products and training. I served on the Representative Council for the partner channel division, and collaborated with government, education, and healthcare divisions on client accounts.

Key Accomplishments:
•	Drove YOY growth of 20%, and maintained average goal attainment of 115% each year.
•	Closed channel account deals ranging from $100K to $500K.

At NEC, I drove efforts to boost channel partner business line sales and secure brand leadership across the enterprise product segment. I developed complex, custom solutions to fulfill client business requirements. I maintained records of outside sales representative results, prepared detailed reports, and tracked close rates. 

Key Accomplishments: 
•	Boosted East Coals sales 30% through adroit relationship management and tailored product recommendations; provided clients with measurable business value.
•	Enhanced reporting process by re-structuring Salesforce.com to track opportunities and new accounts.
•	Improved sales training, operations, and marketing functions by initiating new quoting process, guidelines for engaging management in client site visits, and technical installation procedures.

At BlueHawk Networks, I led lifecycle account management from the initial order through product implementation. I also supervised and mentored a 5-member sales team in achieving quotas and building client bases. I orchestrated concurrent large-scale projects, and delivered effective resource allocation of IT integration team. I also coordinated on-site events and mixers with new clients to foster open communication and gain insight into IT requirements. I ensured delivery of exemplary 24 X 7 client support, conducted weekly account calls, and met with clients face-to-face to gain insight into client “pain points.”

Key Accomplishments: 
•	Recognized for closing highest volume of new accounts within 2 months of hire; achieved 75% new client close rate. 
•	Forecasted and analyzed annual requirements for major call center hosting company, Enkata Technologies; established supply chain strategy to ensure adequate hardware availability.
•	Increased lead pipeline by leveraging existing personal relationship with Dell.

During this time frame, I managed 200+ accounts, including major reseller accounts across federal, state, and local government, education, and higher education sectors. I led efforts to secure competitive wins, increase sales volume, and enhance market penetration.

•	Exceeded sales goals by average of 65% for 5 consecutive years; enhanced market share on assigned account by up to 20%. 
•	Played key role in implementing POD program to establish shared team sales goals; actively encouraged increased accountability and leadership from all team members.
