Set up and grew this inbound/outbound tour operator business, initially purely via social media and then via more traditional routes such as trade shows and travel agents. Mainly responsible for marketing and sales, including the company website and brochures, as well as developing innovative new products in Vietnam, Cambodia & Laos. Worked with leading luxury and educational travel companies as well as running tours for locally-based expats and doing flight ticketing/car rental for the British & Australian consulates. 

Achieved a turnover of $350,000 in the first full year of operation; $525,000 in the second full year. Sadly due to personal issues with my business partner in Vietnam I walked away in 2012 leaving the company in a strong position to move forward.

I'm an experienced travel/tech specialist & part-time photographer living in Bangkok, Thailand with my three dogs.

I have been in the tourism industry since the early 1990s, mainly in marketing and technology. I also founded (and exited) my own travel tech startup, Tineri, during the 2010s. 

I now work as a semi-professional photographer as well as taking on freelance marketing/tech roles in tourism, and am currently working as a marketing advisor to Vietnam cycling tour specialists Mr Biker Saigon.
