Also serve as key account manager for clients headquartered in NC, including Bank of America, Newell Rubbermaid and City of Charlotte.

•	Call on Directors, SVPs, Procurement Directors and other corporate executives to meet IT staffing and project consulting needs.
•	Responsible for driving projects that generate revenue ranging from $50,000 to $5MM+. 
•	Consistently exceed performance targets through cold calls, referrals and cross-selling services.

Account Manager

Wachovia

Promoted by the Director of QA to bring together three separate QA teams from the Wealth, Trust and Brokerage units, melding and managing them as a single team throughout the 30 months spanning Wachovia’s mergers with AG Edwards and Wells Fargo, respectively.

•	Built and managed a team as large as 17 people responsible for Quality Assurance strategy including: process improvement, automation, implementation, tracking and reporting components. 
•	Managed multiple and simultaneous “go-live” roll-outs of critical systems across every region with less than 1% defect rate across the entire merger, more than meeting the metric of between 1% and 2%.
•	Often advised other groups on strategies for creating, building and sometimes turning around QA teams.
•	Led special project team to assess current state and develop executable QA Roadmap.
•	Implemented Standard QA Process across multiple Work Streams and embedded with Project Management, Development, Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, and QA Teams.
•	Interacted with QA Leads, QA Managers, Line of Business Leaders, Managing Directors and Chief Technology Officers (CTOs) across different banking groups.
