Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Responsible for all activities required to successfully process, update and maintain field payroll as required. Tasks include but not limited to data input, review, corrections and research necessary to ensure accurate and timely processing and pay for employees and contractors in the field.
· Submit background check requests for field employees and contractors and discuss the results with a supervisor.
· Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests by phone, email or in person.
· Resolve issues in a professional and expedient manner.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
· Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.
· Collaboration with Field Personnel, Field Operations and Accounting teams.

Performs other duties as required and assigned.
