The Oven Cleaning group comprises of Oven Loving, Home Loving and The Oven Cleaning Training Academy. I joined the company full time in March of 2018, with a background in 15 years’ experience in FE education, with a strong emphasis on leadership and management, coaching and mentoring as well as a quality management in teaching, assessing and customer service. In the role of Operations Director at Oven Loving, my objective is to drive the business forward, setting and achieving the goals. We are moving into year 3 of the business and require that “leap of faith”, taking steps forward to grow the business. Oven loving began in September 2016 with the Oven Cleaning services, however, we quickly realised that we provide much more that that, we make people fall in love with their ovens all over again, whilst ensuring the home is safe for the whole family. Oven loving stands out from the rest and is seen in the local area as ‘That amazing van with the funky 50’s feel, we love it!” We offer a professional deep cleaning oven service like no other oven cleaners, but we do this by following our core values, Quality, Trust and Value. Our customer service is important to us, we are going into people’s homes and we respect this and ensure we meet the customers expectation at each stage of their journey with us, from the inquiry through to the feedback.
