I spent the last 15+ years building / leading People Functions for fast-paced startups - scaling teams, shaping cultures, and navigating the messy, human stuff that most people avoid. Before this, I founded (and ran) my own successful music + events startup for 10+ years and worked as a broadcaster / voiceover artists for brands like Vodaphone, Labello and Adidas. Today, I work across the intersection of (people) leadership, and (executive + transformation + confidence + solo parenting) coaching.
