I have 30 years of experience working in the fast-paced environment of corporate law firms. I worked with many different departments within these firms. My last 7 years were spent working with biotechnology and chemical engineer patent attorneys in the Intellectual Property department. My most important job above all else was to provide excellent customer service, not just to clients, but to my coworkers as well. I enjoy talking with people and endeavored to leave people feeling that they are important and with the confidence that their concern was addressed, their problem solved and that their question had been or will be answered in a timely manner.
