Hi, I'm Tina. A Freelance Creative Director in experiential design and the founder of Potent Sapiens by Design, an interior design and lifestyle wellness consultancy. With eleven years of experience in design, seven have been spent delivering innovative, creative design solutions for leading globally recognised brands within the live events industry. I bring my experience and expertise as a creative leader and hands-on experiential 3D designer to freelancing. A solutions-orientated conceptual thinker and innovator, I thrive on creating engaging experiences. Helping clients to tell their stories by bringing together brand, 3D design, digital content and experiential activations to create unique immersive live experiences and environments. Having been head of a creative department for three years, creatively directing projects, winning major pitches and developing great relationships with some of the most exciting global brands and clients. I inspire and lead from the front, focusing on customer journey and experience. I am adept at using my creative flair and experience to bring thought leadership and strategic direction to every design solution, integrating brand purpose and proposition across various touchpoints, and creating bespoke, meaningful experiences that surpass the live event itself. I am also a proven team player and very comfortable with cross-discipline collaboration. Somewhat a design chameleon, I have extensive commercial experience in hands-on design delivery using leading industry design tools across 2D and 3D, including Adobe Creative Suite, Vectorworks and C4D. I also bring a unique health, well-being and sustainability angle to my creative executions, using my expertise as a WELL Accredited Professional and tapping into the science of design using neuroaesthetics, positive psychology and choice architecture.
