Since starting at Cresta , I’ve been going full speed ahead.

The basics.

This week, I decided to change that. 

I made sure I was taking care of me.

Even when the Slacks were flying, the inbox was overflowing, and the to-do list felt endless.

In the middle of a workday, I stepped away. 

Sat on the dock at my parents’ house, in the middle of nowhere. 

Just me, the water, and a deep breath. 🌬️

It reminded me: no matter how exciting or demanding life gets, 
 
Caring for yourself is the real productivity hack.

So here’s your gentle reminder (and mine):
💜 Pause.
💜 Breathe.
💜 Come back to the basics.

Your future self—and your present peace—will thank you.

P.S. It all comes back to the airplane analogy.
