"Improving the world of work" - this is not just my personal motto, but the core of my professional journey. As an HR Data Analyst and lecturer in Agile Methods and AI Fundamentals in the public sector, my focus is on making organizations and their employees more productive and efficient. Currently, as a freelancer, I support the Douglas Recruiting Team in data analysis, utilizing my expertise to answer business questions through the analysis of people data. This role enables me to positively influence both the organization and the employee experience. Simultaneously, as a lecturer, I teach agile methodologies and AI basics. My aim is to equip public sector employees with the tools they need to be effective and efficient in an ever-evolving work environment. Looking ahead, my vision is to work as an HR Data Analyst in a family-friendly company where I can further develop and deepen my skills.
