Throughout my career, I have had the privilege to work in various roles around the world, and these experiences have been tremendous teachers. With a deeper understanding of strategic business drivers, key performance metrics, and automation/AI opportunities within existing processes, my clients are able to achieve process efficiencies, reduction in cycle times, increased process visibility, and reduction of maintenance costs, while establishing an agile platform for continuous process improvement.
