Assistant Manager - Campaign Operations

Lead the Campaign data management team in Pune and ensure quality data is maintained in the database.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the Data Operations team members on a regular basis to ensure milestones, timelines and quality deliverables are met.

Establish strong communications with Data Operations team, functional leads, project managers.
Serve as the escalation point for unresolved data issues; and internal team members for resolution

Maintain all data and update management systems for various campaigns.

Supervise the response handling and assist in campaign information distribution

Assist campaign manager to deliver marketing data and provide support to all campaign planning and marketing campaigns.

Work with Project manager(s) to ensure appropriate resources are assigned to meet project deliverables

Create and/or review all data management process documents

Ensure service and quality meet agreed upon specifications per the data  standards set.

Implement proactive quality management plans across projects. 

Track teams performance and provide leadership to identify root causes of issues and implement remedial actions

Continuously look for opportunities to improve service; work with team to develop and implement plan to re-organise and drive change across data projects.

Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of compliance issues

Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) -Provide leadership and expertise in a specific Data Management task or technology

Train and mentor staff in Data Management expertise and Salesforce CRM tools and Marketo.

Maintain internal tracking databases and systems

Team Lead - Campaign Data Operations

SunGard Global Technology

•	Working knowledge of CMS tools like EXP and SiteCore content management applications and understand program scripts with knowledge of basic HTML.
•	Web Analytics using Site Catalyst. : tracking the functioning of the SunGard website with respect to visitor behavior. Reporting against page views, click rates, downloads and campaign performacbe and distributed to the concerned departments to improved content and display of the site pages. 
•	Creation of Blogs using Wordpres and marketing Email creation using Exact Target 
Sitecore:
•	Enterprise website and intranet portal software
•	Involved in the QA process of data display on website by working on the staging server.
•	Provided post migration  website support to clients. 
•	Troubleshooting issues such as videos not playing, forms not appearing, all content display related issues, page template and layout changes.

Highlights:
Migrated over 150 microsites from a former CMS to sitecore
