Passionate about People, Culture, Resourcing and Customer Service Tina has over 35 years' experience in the local recruitment industry. She has spent 9 years on the Employment Forum and 3 years on the Skills Board of Jersey. In October 2018 she joined the board of governors for Highlands College, where she hopes to use her passion for skills and careers to connect the College with employers. Other committees that she is involved in are; the IoD Shadow Scheme, Chamber of Commerce Education and skills subcommittee and the JFL Education working party. Tina is is also an active Rotarian, she was President of Rotary de La Manche 2015-2016. This club are involved in the Round Island Walk, The Big Car Boot, that was, EndPolio Campaign, Shoeboxes and a lot more. In January 2024 she moved to a group role within Law at Work to look after clients and relationships She has recently moved to a group role as Associate Director of Client Experience where she can develop the client journey and experience for the Law At Work Group which includes ASL Recruitment
